join our support groups
A support group is a gathering of people facing common issues to share what’s troubling them. Through the sharing of experiences, they’re able to offer support, encouragement, and comfort to the other group members, and receive the same in return.
Our groups are based around the 12 step approach to recovery, which includes recovery from co-dependency, poor habits and even addictions.
Like mutual support groups, 12-step self-help groups are peer-led, free, and frequently offer separate groups for loved ones. We are combining some of the 12 step principles to our approach and utilizing material that has been successfully used in thousands of support groups over the past decade.
Your Role

We meet 2 times per month to:
- Go through the material selective
- Share your struggles in a safe, supportive environment
- Learn principles that will support your personal and spiritual growth
- Gain friendships and find new levels of hope

- Commit to attend regularly
- Come with an open mind
- Be ready to give and receive support
- Reach out to facilitators if you need additional support. We are here to see you heal!
